Whether you're looking for lessons or a time to hit the pool, you need to check our schedule. We offer special time for lane swimming, aquasize, family, adult and college students.

Fitness Swim: for exercises using the long length of the pool
Aquafit Class: classes are open to anyone. These classes include warmup, aerobic, muscle strength & endurance, and cooldown components
Public Swim: open to everyone; children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult at arms reach at all times
Family Swim: children must be accompanied by one of their parents
Water Therapy: for exercises using the short width of the pool
College Swim: open to Lakeland College students with a valid student ID card
